INTEGRITY COACHING™ Registration
Training Curriculum
- Full day Initial Seminar (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- Multi-sensory learning platforms for participants to learn and internalize content after the initial seminar
- Eight follow up sessions conducted by a certified program facilitator via 90 minute conference calls.
- Real world application – participants conduct actual coaching sessions with their people and share results with the group
- Graduation – participants come back together for a half-day session where they discuss the benefits they have gained, coachin goals achieved, and a long term coaching strategy with their people
The Seminar sessions will introduce new ideas about peoples’ beliefs, why they do the things they do and how to help them break through self-limiting paradigms. Participants will be introduced to a simple coaching process and have an opportunity to apply it. Providing participants the opportunity to put the coaching principles into practice will build both their understanding and confidence in their capabilities to be effective coaches.
